Reunion cont.: Wild Rivers

Not much to say about this day, besides, that it was lots of work with six kids and long lines. At least, we were able to keep cool in the kiddy pools and fountains!!

Grayson did not want to take any naps, he wanted to be apart of the action!! But he was still smiling, with little sleep.

Mom, I'm freezing...

Lay out in the sun!!

The only problem with lots of fun days in the sun, babies crash where ever their heads can rest!! Poor little guy was worn out!!

Preston Reunion: Seaport and Park on the Bay

We decided to play soccer while we were together....I know, thats not really a shocker for our family, but we did change it up! We went down to seaport village, ate some cookies, and then went to a park right on the bay. We played soccer, of course, but we also did a little frisbee, a little remote control driving, and the kids rode their bikes!

Jordan's RC car!! Carter was driving the car and accidentally ran it into some guy's head!! Haha!! It at least got him and his wife to move out of our way!! Oops!!

Jayla's awesome throwing!! Look at that beautiful horizontal frisbee!!

Sadee still needs some practice!

Soccer....

JM, nice catch!!

Nana and best friends/cousins, Sadee and Michael!

Go honey!!

Juju, best babysitter ever!! This was a familiar site during our vaca. But i think I only took pictures when I had a free moment, and it was usually when Julia was taking care of baby!

Mad skills!!

Well, not so much from me....

Nana riding Jayla's bike back to the car!!

Jordan trying to relive his childhood!!

Oh, Hello.....

I realized that I have not posted enough about this cute little guy!! He really has been such an amazing addition to our family. I am finally able to say that this pregnancy was worth it, but I still say it with a little pain. Hopefully, I will someday be able to fully understand why I suffered so much making this little guy!! But he has been such a delight!!

He loves to smile at everyone and anyone who will look his way. But you have to work hard for his laughs. He makes you work for those.

He has really started loving baby food and is catching on to the concept.

He can sit up all by himself, but he still crashes to the ground sometimes. He rolls over both ways and is able to move off his playmat and run into the wood floor entryway or the entertainment center!!

He is in the 92% for his head, but down in the 20% for his weight!!

Here are some pics of his life so far, by month:

First day of School, First day of School!!

Jayla has finally made it to five and has started going to school. Because she has a late birthday, she is doing PEPP. It's a two-year kindergarten program that they do in our school district. Since the cut-off date for California is so late in the year, they found that full-day kindergarten was too much for the younger kids. So hence the two-year program.

Jayla has always been super small, so we decided to do this program to give her time to grow! :) And she has loved every minute of it!!

Entrance to her new school

At her new desk, pretty sure she was feeling really nervous at this point!!

Okay, mom!! Now I am ready to go!! (That was a very nervous smile she forced out, just for my picture-taking needs.)
