Injuries, like mother, like daughter!!
Jayla has felt so bad for me while I was limping around with a bummed ankle, she got sympathy pains! She needed to ice and elevate her feet when I did and, of course, needed to wrap it up so she could walk.

Was lost, but now found!!
Since we are with my parents right now, I can't always find my camera to take shots of the girls when they are doing something cute. So, of course, I grab my mom's camera and snap away. The problem is I forget they are on there. I found all these random pictures on her camera last night while helping her start a blog. I didn't even remember taking some of them, but they are good memories! haha!

My parents went to China and brought home these cute umbrellas and lemonhead slippers for the girls.
(Don't worry the cute fragile umbrellas have been put away until they are older!)

Cute little poster girl my parents brought home from China. I am thinking that I should use those flowers as a basis for the girls new bedroom if we ever, move into our own place.
Goggles for Easter! A little big, but worth a picture!

Josh ate a SALAD!!
I know you are all in shock. He not only ate this salad, but ordered a caesar salad as his main meal. He skipped past all of the burgers, steaks and ribs, for a good ole salad. For those of you who don't know josh's eating habits, let's just say when we got married he was super picky and never ate anything that even resembled a vegetable! This is beyond shocking!! I had to take a picture to document this awesome moment!! Next feat: eating fish! haha! let's not get ahead of ourselves!!

Don't worry I ordered a chicken sandwich, in case, you were worried I had gone all unhealthy. (Ignore the fries!!)

They are stuck together.....
This makes it all worth it!!
We love Jose!!
Sadee and Jayla would just stand there next to him and touch his back. He was a very patient little dog. Thanks Jose for your patience!

Another Injury!!
I know what you are saying really?? Again?? I just want to be perfectly clear that I was accident-free growing up while playing soccer. Since we moved here, I have broken a toe, tore my rotator cuff, ripped off a toenail, and now....severely sprained my ankle. A lady at church turned to me and said "Welcome to getting OLD." I am not getting old!! At least, I don't feel that way. I feel like I can keep up with the teenie boppers, but obviously the injuries are telling me otherwise!!
The death of Carson!
Jayla has been loving her preschool and has come home with some really cute things. Then one day she came home with this!! Does anyone else think it looks like she has smeared blood all over it. She claims it's her friend, Carson. When we asked her who Carson was, she pointed at the picture and said "he's right there."
We threw this away as soon as we took the picture because we couldn't stand the disturbing body. Too bad Jayla was standing right there and couldn't believe that Nana had just tossed Carson in the trash. So of course, we pulled it back out until she turned her back.
Visits from the single Siblings!
Oh, how we love when family comes to visit. The joys of living at my parents' house, is getting to be here when my siblings come visit. We get to enjoy the awesome weather, hang out all night long, and snuggle with our favorites!

We, also, went boating too. I was injured this time as well, but I ignored the bummed ankle and went anyways. Totally worth it!!

At the movies with the family that weekend! Sorry April, my photo taking before the lights went down cut you out of the picture!!
Sadee warmed up to Jordan really quick and was his little buddy!

Easter everything.....all involving eggs!!
We really got into Easter fun this year. Josh's parents sent us a bunch of fun Easter toys and a princess egg decorating kit. We took about twenty minutes to set up, about five minutes to actually do it, and another twenty cleaning it back up! Oh, the efforts we make for a few minutes of fun!
The saturday before easter, we went to a community Easter egg hunt. It was so much fun. The girls got free balloons, Sadee had her face-painted, (Jayla was too scared), played with bubbles, and they even got to go hunting for five eggs each. They loved it.

Last, but not least, we did our own Easter Egg Hunt in my parent's front yard. Sadee didn't really understand the concept, and took off across the yard to pick up one egg, passing the other ten eggs in her path. But she still gathered enough to keep her little greedy hands happy.
Waiting to go outside! and showing off our new outfits from Grandma K and Papa Coy!

Sadee's basket was too heavy to carry, so she dragged it back into the house. She dropped the her eggs along the way, but don't worry, Jayla picked every last one up for her!
