I like to move it, move it!

My little girl knows how to dance. She can dance fast or slow, shake or stomp. If you show her, she can follow. I am not talking anything serious, but she's got rythym. Check it out!

(I was going to add music to this, but she dances differently to each beat, so i left it alone.)

Super Bowl Party!! Go steelers!!

We went to the Preece's for their Annual Super Bowl Party yesterday. We had lots of fun spending the day with the family. We played marioKart, ate lots of yummy food and of course watched the football game. Everyone was rooting for cardinals, but I chose to go for the Steelers, just for my good friend, Tiffany. Obviously, the steelers triumphed, and it was a fun game to watch.
The sad Cardinal Fans! So Bummed!! love these faces!
Sadee and Papa Coy
Jayla clapping for the winning team. She's not sure what team that is.
Good times with cousins!! Ashlyn, Sadee and Jayla!

Jayla's First Haircut

We finally cut Jayla's hair this weekend. She has never had a haircut, besides a trim on the bangs. My neighbor, Jill, came over and did it in our home which was so nice. Jayla got excited that she got to wear a pretty fishy dress. She did really good especially since I told her she could hold a cookie and eat it when she was done.

Looking at the fish so Jill could cut the bottom hair. When we took her down, there were bits of cookie in the sink. She was rubbing it like crazy.

The After Picture! (I know, it doesn't look much different)
Enjoying the best cookie in the world! Yummo!

Random Moments of our lives!!

I found some random pictures of my girls when I was looking through pictures today. I thought i would post some to share with everybody.
Sadee hates her tummy unless she is laying on a boppy.
I can never have a photo-op with just Sadee, Jayla is always right there in the way.
My mom bought Jayla and Sadee matching brown and pink pajamas for Christmas and I finall got a picture of them together. Jayla however refused to cooperate for the pictures.
Check out that funny face, at least Sadee was happy.
Josh's parents got Jayla bathtub crayons for christmas. Apparently, they work on more than just the tub. I had no idea these pictures had been taken. I was busy downstairs.
Thanks Jewelz for given her a bath!

How to keep your child happy on a winter day...

When the days start to get long and you need something to keep your child happy, follow these instructions. Mix these ingredients together, add blue and red food coloring. Let your child go to town on the sprinkles and this will be the result.
Overly excited child and a funny-colored, too-many-sprinkles-in-one-spot rice krispie treat.
Warning: Do not leave child unattended or you will have holes in your treat....
Green colored hands!!

Its time for the war of all wars!!

Last night, I went with my sister and a bunch of my good friends to see bridewars. We left the hubbies at home to tend the kids and went to the late showing. It was so much fun and the movie was so funny. If you have ever had a fight with a best friend, I doubt you ever got this bad. But I am kind of interested to see if maybe someone has. Please tell me the worst thing you ever did to get back at a best friend when you were in a fight. I want to know.
Thanks girls for going with me!! It was so much fun to get out for a night.

Its Potty Time!!

Okay, I know everyone has been hearing me say this for months now, but I am finally attempting it. Potty training here we come.

So far so good. We made it through the morning with only one accident. Jayla has changed her panties four times, just for the pure fun of changing them. She had to pick elmo panties of course. Princesses and girlie designs just won't do.
