Princess Sadee and Tinkerbell!

Happy Halloween! I know, it's totally late, but I am trying to keep everyone updated on our happenings here in San Diego. We had a great time going trick-or-treating, although Jayla made it around one culdesac and was ready to go home. It was so nice. We were done in about thirty minutes!

Josh's Costume! He's a pumpkin I think!!

Sadee got the concept right away. If she held out her bucket, she got candy!
Surveying the plethora of goodness! Every time she saw her jack-o-latern, she would scream and cry until she got some candy, or I distracted her long enough to hide it!
Showing off the loot, and the sugar high!

Pumpkin Patch!

My sister-in-law, April, and I took our kids to a pumpkin patch. We ended up going to the wrong location, receiving four free jumphouse coupons, finding the right place, and being blown away by the crazy prices for all the attractions. Plus, we found one of the only Arby's in San Diego County. Yeah, there are only two! Oh and it was ninety degrees outside! Strange for october! Mostly, because i am so use to Utah weather!
Let me out of here!

On the jumphouse! (Using the free coupons!)

Ride that pony! (these were free, real ponies five dollars a ride.)

Tractor ride! Or it could have been a ride, if I had brought quarters.

Waiting to go on the train ride. I took the big kids on it, while April hung out with the little ones! The conductor was a little scary looking, but the kids weren't stop staring!
At least, we were in the shade for a few minutes!

How to keep kids entertained...

First, you remodel your backyard, and you hire a tractor like this one to move all the dirt.

And, Voila! You just bought yourself at least fifteen minutes of free time!

Or you can put on a favorite show and order up a round of drinks (of milk that is.)

Jayla's A Favorite!

Jayla is our funny little peanut! She is always saying funny things to make us laugh. She loves to color, loves to create with play-doh, loves to play with pretty much everything she is allowed to touch, and especially loves her disney movies, with the top favs for the week, being Bug's Life and Beauty and the Beast! Although, that will probably will change before Thanksgiving!
Oh how we love our Daddy!

After being sick, stretching out is the best way to get better! (at one-thirty in the morning)
Who needs to color, when you can have marker-hands!

This is our Sadee!

Sadee Bug is our little sweetheart. She loves to be held, loves to be chased, loves to be tickled and most definitely loves her monkey. She has finally figured out the walking thing and is going everywhere in the house. She always pulls out everything in the pasta cupboard and I am always finding her in the pantry on the top of the stool pulling down sippy cups and kiddie plates and bowls! But we sure have a lot of fun with her cute smile! Too bad I rarely get it on camera!

This is her serious face!

Truly a California Girl, already trying out flip flops!

Who needs to color?

We were a splishin' and a splashin'!

When you take this...And crawl like this...

And run like this...
And try to dive like this...
You get happy faces like this...

Thanks Aunt April for bringing the slip and slide over, even though we don't know how use it!

Moving, Moving, Moving!

Here's some pictures of our last days in Provo, as we packed up to leave our favorite neighborhood ever and all of our besties!
Wondering what she did to do this Face?
Does this picture explain it?
Jayla played with one of her besties, Matthew, while his mom helped me clean and pack!
Cute Pregnant Girl
Julia pretending to pack!
Nick was the real amazing packer! ( And Jordan and Julia giving him a good game or something like that!)

After a long day of packing the U-haul, little girls get very dirty when their mommies and daddies are busy packing and cleaning! Thanks to Aunt Ju-Ju who saves the day and gave them a bath all together!
On our way out of town, we stopped by the Gividen family reunion! We couldn't leave without saying good bye to lots of family. (Wish we got more pictures.) Plus....
Josh's grandma asked him to make his grandpa's cake for his 75th birthday. We didn't know we were moving when Josh agreed to make it! After packing until eleven at night, Josh worked another two and a half hours on this monstrosity of a cake!
